Application
These terms and conditions apply to all relationships between the user and this app regarding the use of the service. ・Directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the service
・Other acts deemed inappropriate by the service

Information generated by this Application may be used for marketing activities (including but not limited to use in social media, websites, promotions, and other promotional materials), subject to our Privacy Policy. Suspension of Service Provision
The app may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the service without prior notice to the user if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:

Denial of Warranty and Disclaimer
The service does not guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that there are no factual or legal defects in the service (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, and infringement of rights).
The service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to the service. However, if the contract between the user and the service (including these terms) is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer will not apply. Even in the case provided in the preceding proviso, the service shall not be liable for any damages caused by the service's negligence (excluding gross negligence) or tort, including any damages that occurred due to special circumstances (including cases where the service or user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damage). In addition, compensation for damages caused to users due to negligence (excluding gross negligence) or tort by the service shall be limited to the amount of fees received from the user in the month the damage occurred. Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations
Users cannot transfer their status in the use agreement or rights or obligations based on these terms to a third party or offer them as collateral without the written consent of the service.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Japanese law will be the governing law for the interpretation of these terms.
